Animal Vaccine Producer

Regional Workshop for Avian Disease Prevention and Control in Asia and the Pacific, co-organized by World Organization of Animal Health (WOAH) and China Animal Health and Epidemiology Center (CAHEC), was held on August 29-31 in Qingdao, Shandong province.

WOAH headquarter scientific coordinator Dr. Gounalan Pavade, WOAH Regional Representative for Asia and the Pacific Dr. Hirofumi Kugita, Director of CAHEC Avian Disease Surveillance Laboratory Dr. Hualei Liu, and 32 delegates and experts from 22 countries and regions were invited to visit Yebio, which is a subsidiary company of CAHEC. The visit was organized and hosted by Ms. Sophy Li, GM of Yebio Overseas Business Department, who was entrusted by Yebio GM and Chairman Dr. Yuanzhao Du. Yebio Chief Engineer Mr. Jianwen Han and R&D director Mr. Dianfeng Chu accompanied the visit and participated the discussion.

The expert delegation visited the three industrial parks of Yebio, and learned its development process and scientific technological results. They spoke highly of Yebio’s achievements in recent years, and hoped Yebio can speed up its steps into the international market and make more efforts in the animal disease prevention and control to achieve the goal of “One World, One Health”.
